Planning Permits & Applications
The Planning Department processes and reviews requests for rezonings, conditional uses, subdivisions, lot divisions, final development plans, variances and signs. Before staff can review a proposed project, a person making a request must complete an application.

Construction Management Plan
The City has implemented the requirement of a construction management plan for new home tear down and rebuild projects. The construction management plan is intended to hold builders accountable for their construction project, and attempt to minimize impacts on adjacent properties.
