Noise
In accordance with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, Air Quality Division Regulations, restrictions are in place on vehicle engines, mechanical sound devices, alarm systems, advertising noises, loudspeakers and other noise that disturbs the peace at all times of the day. Reference the City Code Chapter 23 for specific information.
A loudspeaker permit can be applied for and submitted to the City of Edina as a request to permit the use of loudspeaker(s) on the outside of a structure in accordance with Edina City Code Chapter 23, Article II, Div. 5, Sec. 23-129 and any amendments thereto.
