Load Restrictions
Spring load restrictions begin 12:01 a.m. Monday, Feb. 29 2016, for the Twin Cities, including Edina.
Most residential roads are restricted to five tons per axle unless they have a permit during the restricted period of time. Permits are issued for six tons per axle. Permits are issued online. A permit is good for one truck to one address for one day. The cost of a permit is $100.
